Red Moon, I found your dwelling place.
Suddenly at the start of the dusty road
where I was stopped by a particle of sand
that flew in my eye and for a moment
I stood blinded. I looked up and saw
the Red Moon traveling alone.
I looked down at the dusty road.
Tonight it was a silver trail
all along to the distant sky.
Blessed be that particle of dust
which opened to me an untrodden road.
Neither the moon nor the particle of dust
knew how my world changed on that windy night.

- There are moments in our lifetime, something seemingly banal that awakens us to the stunningly, fairy tale beauty of the Univers.
Maybe a child was born, a romance slowly blossoming or a loved one just passed away...
Above all, at the end of the "silver trail", silent goddess Moon is watching us discreetly...
Your poem reminds me of a well-known painting of Justyna Kopania; you already know ...REPLY 55m - +gabriela irimescu Your comment is a poem in its own right, Gabriela! I just wrote in a hurry and left it at that but you caught the thread and made it really meaningful. Thank you Gabriela :-)
