Each day he sprinkled the little plant.
Each day they grew,
the flower and the boy!
On the seventh day of the week
the boy took a ladder and a scale
to measure how tall he was
against the gigantic flower,
the creation of a myth
by the sun and the boy.

Gather ye sunbeams on a wintry morn,
garner the rays and weave a yarn;
wrap it around and tumble down,
then catch a dream and roll around;
slide you sideways, then up above;
then open your eyes and take a deep breath.
In an instant, the symphony will unravel
the secret of the slumber of God's aeon.

Dreams, the most personal stuff,
like the wool and the stitches,
entirely our own;
and we sit with the patterns
intervened by thoughts,
yes, thoughts, all our own.
We, like weavers, sit with our coffee,
watch the steam rise
as if it were sunrise,
a daily event
but never mundane!
I throw a dice
for someone to catch
haphazardly.
Someone casts a shadow on the wall,
and that's enough stuff for someone to dream of a train running on a mountain track,
and that's what dreaming is.
A true dreamer has no face;
a dreamer: an all-time observer
and a part-time creator of a parallel world.
