From Gospel of Mary: "Gospel of Mary

Page 15
Desire speaking to Soul
And Desire said,
"I did not see you descend,
but I see you now 'ascending'.
Why do you pretend to ascend,
Why do you lie, when I know you are mine?"
And the soul replied,
"I saw you, but you did not recognize me.
Nor did you see me,
because your power urged me to give you a body
which you thought was yours.
I served you as a garment
and you never saw it was me.
You never felt me,
and know that I have reclaimed myself,

Zulfi Abbas I found this in a book called Mary Magdalene. I found it in a bookshop called Banyan in Vancouver. There were only two copies of it on the shelf. It was a fantastic book based on the research by two ladies who communicated with a spirit who lived in the times of Jesus. Mary was a part of that research. They have incorporated three of her gospels at the end. I copied them on my blog. Actually i wanted to quote here the last of the three where Mary, fed up of the ill-treatment and jealousy of Christ's other disciples, decides to stay away from all. She eloquently expressed her disillusionment about their mission and bids them the last farewell. But while copying it from the blog to share it here I mistakenly pressed x instead of c and the whole thing vanished. May be Mary did not want it to be shared.

True. One life is not enough. In Gita it is said, whatever has been started here (learning) is not discontinued. We take it up in next lifetime.
