After praying endlessly that

may God change His ways towards all,

one day I thought of playing God,

and I became all the things God held back from me,

the places, the people, the open sky, and the vast sea,

the streets, the homes I had never seen,

the mountains and rivers far away...

And lo, everything God could not change, 

I changed it all,

capriciously.
